Senior Technical Business Analyst

The Senior Technical Business Analyst  is a part of a high performing delivery team who is responsible for building a business-critical platform, an application that enables and streamlines the entire Aon’s placement process in one system. The platform provides an interactive service between Aon and our partners, allowing market competition to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

What the day will look like

• Capturing detailed requirements from business requirements documentation, integration specifications and workshops/meetings
• Analysing and facilitating in the design of software solutions
• Leading and managing requirements walkthrough and demos with key business stakeholders and technical teams
• Translating requirements into high quality user stories with supporting artifacts including mock-ups/wireframes, workflowdiagrams, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications
• Creating acceptance criteria based on build requirements.
• Ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested and delivered to specification.
• Supporting team members in project activities when necessary
• Facilitating workshops to drive outcomes, including being able to deal with and manage conflict with different stakeholders when necessary
