DATA ANALYST IT SUPPORT - SBA

About the role

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards, business intelligence solutions, and semantic data models using Power BI and other approved analytics platforms. Ensure solutions are visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with business requirements while leveraging and maintaining the organization's self-service analytics technology stack and Power BI workspace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dashboard Design, Development and Maintenance 

  • Collect business requirements, design, develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards, business intelligence solutions, and semantic data models using Power BI and other approved analytics platforms (e.g., Dataland). Ensure solutions are visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with business requirements while leveraging and maintaining the organization’s self-service analytics technology stack and Power BI workspace environment.

  • Proactively troubleshoot, resolve, or coordinate the resolution of technical issues arising during the development, deployment, and maintenance of reporting solutions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience. 

  • Provide timely communications and status updates to stakeholders regarding system availability, planned maintenance activities, and service interruptions as required.

• Data Management, Integration, and Integrity 

  • Support the Business Performance & PMO Support team in the preparation, transformation, validation, and loading of data for the monthly KPI Performance reporting solution. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing data pipelines, investigating, and resolving data or code-related issues, and driving automation initiatives to improve data quality, efficiency, and process reliability.

• Reporting and Business Performance Support 

  • Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc business reports, analyses, and performance insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Conduct data quality assessments and validation activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information presented across reporting and dashboarding solutions.

• Documentation, Governance and Compliance 

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all reporting and analytics solutions, including source systems, data models, transformation logic, storage structures, and visualization components.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Python, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, with advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, with experience gathering business requirements and ensuring data quality.

• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing code, data solutions, and reporting processes.

• Knowledge of Power Apps is an advantage.

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process automation and continuous improvement.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Experience in a global, shared services, or multinational environment is an advantage.

Work Setup and Schedule

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week.

• Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
