Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join a highly agile engineering team focused on transforming innovative ideas and AI-assisted prototypes into proof-of-concept, pilot, and production-ready solutions. The role will focus on Microsoft Azure, DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and engineering productivity, while working closely with back-end, full-stack, and technical leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure supporting development, testing, pilot, and production environments.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable software delivery.

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Automate deployment, testing, and repetitive engineering processes to improve overall development productivity.

• Collaborate closely with Python back-end developers, full-stack developers, architects, and technical leads throughout the development lifecycle.

• Support rapid development initiatives that move solutions from discovery and proof of concept through pilot and production.

• Provide DevOps and infrastructure support for applications utilizing technologies such as Python and TypeScript.

• Support Azure-based solutions that may leverage Azure AI Foundry, AI-assisted coding tools, and emerging AI technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, automation, and application environments.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency.

About you

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.

• Familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript development environments.

• Experience or exposure to automated testing and deployment practices.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools, Azure AI Foundry, or AI-enabled development is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with an automation-first and innovative mindset.
