Inventory Pricing Specialist
Inventory Pricing Specialist (Up to ₱35K | Work-from-Home | FREE AI Certification)
Philippines | Work-from-Home | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time | Monday–Friday
You own the pricing research that turns a claimant’s personal property inventory into an accurate replacement-cost claim submission for a U.S.-based public insurance adjusting firm. Your work involves researching each item online, sourcing replacement cost and Like Kind Quality values, and entering pricing data into pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets against defined daily volume targets. Your work follows established research standards, spreadsheet formats, and turnaround expectations aligned with claims-team and client requirements.
This is not a call-center or generalist admin role. You operate within structured inventory files, contact vendors and sources when values aren’t obvious, and are trusted to deliver accurate pricing at pace across roughly 200 line items per day. Best suited for professionals who thrive on detail-heavy research work, value accuracy over speed alone, and prefer disciplined queuebased work over reactive task-switching.
You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
1–2 years of experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel in a production environment
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Comfort with rapid, sustained online research — sourcing product details, prices, and comparable replacements
Demonstrated attention to detail across high daily volumes (~200 numeric and text line items per day)
Willingness to work a permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time) aligned with U.S. business hours from a stable home-office setup
Strong Signals
1–2 years of prior experience in the insurance industry — especially claims, contents inventory, or property adjusting
Familiarity with Like Kind Quality (LKQ) replacement value concepts
Prior online research, e-commerce sourcing, or “online personal shopping” experience
Comfort working with pre-formatted spreadsheets and inventory management systems
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate product research, sourcing, and price verification
