Contracts Specialist

Job Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to review and draft company agreements (i.e. Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreement). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of obligations and contract, capable of contract negotiation and free-form drafting, and the ability to interpret, identify and explain contract terms. 

Responsibilities: 

• Review and interpret agreements (i.e. Retail Lease agreement, Amendment, Power of Attorney) 

• Draft and review agreements (i.e. Master Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work) 

• Provide support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts. 

• Maintain and update contractual records and documentation. 

• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract laws and organizational policies. 

Qualification: 

• At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Legal Management, Business, Finance or its equivalent (preferably, Juris Doctor) 

• Ability to draft agreements (i.e. Master Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work) 

• Detail-oriented with a sense of accuracy and thoroughness in contract review. 

• Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, which considers the organization’s best interest 

• Strong analytical and legal research skills. 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information professionally.
