Lineman - Liminangcong, Palawan
We are seeking a skilled Lineman to join our team in Liminangcong, Palawan. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of distribution lines. You will ensure all assigned tasks are executed properly while maintaining the correct and safe use of test equipment and tools.
Main Responsibilities:
Operates and maintains power distribution lines, including troubleshooting and repair.
Performs scheduled meter reading, disconnections/reconnections, and new installations.
Conducts overhead electrical work, line clearing, and upgrades/extensions.
Replaces poles, transformers, and ensures compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
Handles distribution of billing statements and records technical site data.
Maintains and safely uses electrical tools and testing equipment.
Participates in stakeholder engagement and commercial data gathering.
Supports the development of technical operations policies and performs tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Strong understanding of computers, electronics, and electrical systems.

Qualifications:
High school graduate or technical/vocational course completion with relevant certifications (e.g., TESDA).
Physical fitness and ability to handle high-voltage equipment and heavy loads.
1–2 years of experience in electrical installations, transmission/distribution maintenance.
Preferably licensed to drive (Restrictions 1 & 2).
Willing to be assigned in LIMINANGCONG, PALAWAN.
