Leave and Benefits Administrator (US + FMLA)

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Hybrid)


What is your mission?

We are looking for a Leave and Benefits Administrator to support employee leave programs, benefits administration, and Human Resources operations for a United States-based workforce. This role manages Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, disability programs, benefits enrollment, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act administration, Human Resources Information System records, compliance, and employee support while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Administer and coordinate employee leave of absence programs, including Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and state-specific leave programs.

  • Track leave cases and ensure required documentation, approvals, and follow-up actions are completed accurately and on time.

  • Maintain accurate leave records, case documentation, and employee files within Human Resources Information System platforms.

  • Coordinate with Human Resources teams and third-party leave administrators to support employee leave requests and case management.

  • Communicate leave status updates, eligibility requirements, documentation requests, and return-to-work information to employees and managers.

  • Support day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and voluntary benefit plans.

  • Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, benefit changes, terminations, and benefits transactions accurately and within service level agreements.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave and benefits while escalating complex issues when appropriate.

  • Support Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act administration and post-employment benefit continuation processes.

  • Assist with Open Enrollment planning, employee communications, enrollment tracking, system updates, and benefits administration activities.

  • Review benefits invoices, perform enrollment reconciliations, and support billing accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate employee records across Human Resources Information System, leave management, and benefits administration systems.

  • Support compliance with Affordable Care Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, company policies, and audit requirements.

  • Assist with reporting, audits, and documentation related to leave and benefits administration.

  • Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve employee concerns and improve service delivery.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Perform additional Human Resources administration and benefits responsibilities as assigned.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources Administration, Human Resources Operations, Employee Services, Benefits Administration, or Leave Administration.

  • Experience supporting employee leave administration and benefits administration processes.

  • Exposure to Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, or employee benefits administration is preferred.

  • Experience using Workday, Automatic Data Processing, Ultimate Kronos Group, Dayforce, Paycom, or similar Human Resources Information System platforms.

  • Experience maintaining employee records within Human Resources Information System, benefits, and leave management systems.

  • Experience supporting United States-based employees and United States Human Resources processes.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, multi-site, or shared services organizations is preferred.

  • Experience administering benefits for large employee populations is an advantage.

  • Experience supporting Open Enrollment, employee benefits communications, and enrollment activities is preferred.

  • Familiarity with the United States employee benefits environment beyond basic administration is preferred.

  • Experience supporting employees across multiple states, including Washington, California, and Nevada, is an advantage.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting for benefits tracking is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Affordable Care Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and Human Resources compliance requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and employee support skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
