Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible in ensuring timely processing of credit card and personal loan applications.

• Ensure adherence to application eligibility and credit criteria.

• The position also takes charge in monitoring contractual staff and executes backroom process for Sales department.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4 year Business Course

• At least 6 months relevant work experience in unsecured loan operations is a plus

• Fresh graduates are welcome but must have good scholastic records

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Has good communication and presentation skills, attentive to details, can work under pressure and a team player

• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas
