HR Operations Assistant (Up to ₱60,000 | Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days WFH) | FREE AI Certification)
Cebu, Philippines | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT | Monday to Friday | 1st month onsite training required
Are you the person people go to when HR records need to be exact, on time, and audit-ready? As an HR Operations Assistant, you'll be at the center of the employee lifecycle — keeping data clean, transactions moving, and documentation organized across our HR systems.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who takes ownership of accuracy. You'll process everything from new hires to separations, catch discrepancies before they become problems, and give employees and managers a reliable first point of contact for HR system support. Please note the first month is onsite for training, after which the role shifts to a hybrid setup.
YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE:
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or administrative support
Hands-on experience with Workforce Go or an equivalent HRIS system
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A high level of discretion and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once
STRONG SIGNALS
High attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate employee records
Experience following established HR processes, workflows, and compliance requirements
Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in addition to core Office tools
A customer-service mindset, with clear, professional written communication
Ability to work independently while staying responsive and accountable in a hybrid setup
RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS
Employee lifecycle and records management
You own the accuracy of every transaction that touches an employee record.
Process hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, personal information updates, and separations in Workforce Go
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and supporting documentation in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
Audit employee data regularly to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
Onboarding and workflow coordination
You ensure new hires and pending actions never fall through the cracks.
Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate completion of required forms
Monitor pending onboarding activities from start to finish
Proactively follow up on outstanding system workflows to keep transactions and documentation on schedule
Reporting and frontline HR support
You support the business with clean data and responsive service.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports from Workforce Go to support HR operations and decision-making
Provide first-level support to employees and managers on HR system questions
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and company information
