Your Day-to-Day

·         Ensure work is done in compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards.

·         Contractor Management.

·         Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure order requirements, order

·         status and order expectations are met.

·         Verbal and written Communication with other carriers, external utilities and authorities.

·         Arranging access into buildings and data centres.

·         Reports to Team Leader and Project Manager on service status.

·         Mitigation access challenges to enable smoother service delivery.

·         Updating records, internal database and project documents

·         Other ad-hoc tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

·         Must possess at least a bachelor's degree/ College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or master's degree in project management or business administration.

·         Effective written and oral communication skills.

·         Knowledge in using MS Visio / AutoCAD, MS Dynamics and JIRA is an advantage.

·         Ability to interpret designs through drawing and written document.

·         Must have 1-2 years OSP/ISP experience in telecommunications

·         Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

·         Familiar in PO and Invoice process.

·         Familiar in Oracle System.

Work Setup

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday-Friday
