WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice and/or non-voice channels (calls, chat, and/or email).

  • Provide professional customer service with proper communication etiquette across all channels.

  • Address customer inquiries and/or resolve concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

  • Escalate issues when necessary following established processes.

  • Gather and record customer information, concerns, and/or actions taken in the system.

  • Utilize knowledge base tools for product, service, and/or policy information needed to resolve inquiries.

  • Continuously learn new tools, systems, and/or processes relevant to the role.
