The role develops compelling visual concepts that bring retail campaigns and in‑store experiences to life. The role produces high‑quality conceptual drawings, renderings, and creative boards that guide internal discussions and decision‑making. It translates visual display ideas into detailed store layouts, complete with accurate specifications for props, fixtures, and print materials. The position also creates clear communication guides to support operations and field teams, ensuring consistent, on‑brand visual execution across all store locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual drawings, renderings, and visual boards that support retail campaigns and in‑store storytelling.

  • Translate merchandising concepts into accurate 2D/3D layouts and store display guides for seamless rollout.

  • Produce detailed specs for props, fixtures, print materials, and digital assets used across retail touchpoints.

  • Create clear implementation guides for store teams to ensure consistent visual execution across all locations.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or related creative field

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, graphic design, or creative production

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, SketchUp, and 3ds Max

  • Strong ability to interpret store plans and elevations, with understanding of scale, measurements, and merchandising layouts
