Project Management Associate Manager - Construction

Job Responsibilities

• Alignment with Program Management on the required planning for assigned construction projects by defining the scope, budget, schedule, resource plan, procurement plan, risk assessment and overall project strategy.

• Integration of project status and requirements and creates project updates/reports.

• Resource person for internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and quality procedures are strictly complied with and continuous improvement is practiced.

• Provision of technical support to project managers in resolving problems encountered for assigned construction projects.

• Identification of best practices and recommendation of corresponding improvements or development of processes for assigned construction projects; and

• Conduct of technical review of assigned construction projects to ensure TMS targets are met.

• Manage Contractors to ensure the project are implemented based on approved schedule, and within the required quality.

• Ensure the delivery of CAPEX committed to the project.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work site (Project Site) and in MWSS Bldg., QC.

• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Must have a valid driver's license and must know how to drive a manual transmission car.
