Project Management Associate Manager - Construction
Job Responsibilities
Alignment with Program Management on the required planning for assigned construction projects by defining the scope, budget, schedule, resource plan, procurement plan, risk assessment and overall project strategy.
Integration of project status and requirements and creates project updates/reports.
Resource person for internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and quality procedures are strictly complied with and continuous improvement is practiced.
Provision of technical support to project managers in resolving problems encountered for assigned construction projects.
Identification of best practices and recommendation of corresponding improvements or development of processes for assigned construction projects; and
Conduct of technical review of assigned construction projects to ensure TMS targets are met.
Manage Contractors to ensure the project are implemented based on approved schedule, and within the required quality.
Ensure the delivery of CAPEX committed to the project.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work site (Project Site) and in MWSS Bldg., QC.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license and must know how to drive a manual transmission car.
