HR Recruiter (US Operations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and coordinating final interviews with US hiring managers.

  • Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media platforms, and local recruitment networks.

  • Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, cultural fit, and technical alignment with US operational needs.

  • Maintain a steady, high-quality pipeline of candidates for high-volume or specialized roles.

  • Assist in the pre-employment process and ensure a seamless handover to the onboarding team for successful candidate integration.

  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously updated to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically supporting US Operations or high-volume BPO accounts.

  • Must be highly willing and able to work a fixed night shift / graveyard schedule to align with US time zones.

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable interacting with US candidates, stakeholders, and leadership.

  • Proven proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and creative social media sourcing strategies.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but open to equivalent professional experience).
