HR Recruiter (US Operations)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and coordinating final interviews with US hiring managers.
Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media platforms, and local recruitment networks.
Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, cultural fit, and technical alignment with US operational needs.
Maintain a steady, high-quality pipeline of candidates for high-volume or specialized roles.
Assist in the pre-employment process and ensure a seamless handover to the onboarding team for successful candidate integration.
Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously updated to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically supporting US Operations or high-volume BPO accounts.
Must be highly willing and able to work a fixed night shift / graveyard schedule to align with US time zones.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable interacting with US candidates, stakeholders, and leadership.
Proven proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and creative social media sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but open to equivalent professional experience).
