Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM PHT), Consecutive Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of U.S. mortgage industry experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, disclosures, closing, post-closing, underwriting support, or related mortgage operations
• Experience supporting U.S. residential mortgage loan files, borrower documentation, verification activities, and loan package preparation
• Strong understanding of U.S. mortgage documentation, processing workflows, compliance requirements, and file accuracy standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with mortgage loan origination systems (LOS), mortgage platforms, verification tools, and lending software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
• Self-driven, process-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati on a permanent night shift schedule

Your Daily Tasks

• Coordinate appraisal orders and secure required approvals while communicating milestone updates
• Order and track third-party services, including title work, transcripts, HOA documents, condo documents, and other required verifications
• Submit condominium documentation for internal review and approval processes
• Organize, maintain, and update loan files to ensure processor readiness and compliance
• Obtain, review, and verify employment documentation and supporting borrower records
• Monitor document requirements and follow up with relevant parties to keep files progressing on schedule
• Support loan processors and mortgage operations teams with administrative and file management activities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Assist with loan file preparation from initial documentation through closing support activities
