Job Description
We are looking for dedicated, customer-oriented, and reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Store Staff / Sales Associates. The successful candidate will assist customers, handle sales transactions, maintain store operations, and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Completed at least Senior High School
• At least one (1) year of experience in the retail industry, preferably handling technical products or high-end brands
• Knowledgeable in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• With basic cashiering experience
• Willing to multitask and perform responsibilities beyond sales or cashiering duties
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Perform cashiering duties when assigned
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Monitor inventory and replenish stocks as needed
• Support overall store operations and perform other assigned tasks
