Area Manager for NCR

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple service locations across the National Capital Region (NCR). The role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service quality standards, and developing high-performing Service Leaders. This position requires a strategic leader who can balance sales performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency while supporting business expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across assigned locations.

  • Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and business performance to identify opportunities and address challenges.

  • Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies, procedures, and company standards.

  • Conduct regular store visits, operational reviews, and audits to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and team performance.

  • Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports on sales, operational efficiency, customer feedback, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with support departments to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives and projects.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role within retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service-related industries.

  • Multi-site management experience is an advantage.

  • Strong background in sales management, operations, customer service, and team leadership.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive business decisions.

  • Willing to travel extensively within NCR.
