Security Analyst Apprentice

ESSILOR is the worldwide leading company in the vision lens market. To support the Business, the Global Information Security group is developing Shared Services Group in Manila.

As a member of the Global Information Security Group, the Security Analyst (apprentice) will represent his/her department towards the Business Units.

Duties will include documentation, support, and research

He/she will use his/her expertise for documentation, support, and research.

This person must have knowledge in MS Excel formulation, Process Documentation, and Project Coordination.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices

• Develop rigorous “best practice” recommendations to improve access review controls

• Collaborate with departments to improve security compliance, manage risk and bolster effectiveness

• Working on Mid Shift.

PRIMARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:

• Experience in MS Excel formulation and Documentation

• Experience in Project Coordination and Time Management

• Supporting Security Analyst I and Security Analyst II

SECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:

• ●Have worked in an international environment

• ●Have led team meetings and documentation requirements

• ●Knowledge of CMMI, HDA and O365
