Supply Chain Operations Analyst
Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)
What is your mission?
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst who ensures accurate master data, smooth production order execution, and compliant inbound logistics across the supply chain. This role focuses on ERP data integrity, production and transfer order management, supplier coordination, inventory reconciliation, customs documentation, and continuous operational improvement. You will support end‑to‑end supply chain visibility, accuracy, and execution across functions.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Set up and maintain Style Master data, including item codes, color numbers, attributes, and UPC codes required for production and logistics
Validate and maintain standard costs to ensure accuracy for production, logistics, and inventory planning
Maintain accurate Bills of Materials aligned with approved production tech packs and manufacturing requirements
Identify and communicate inconsistencies in production documentation in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
Support finished goods production orders from initial setup through completion and warehouse receipt
Enter and manage production and transfer orders in the ERP system based on approved plans
Update order, shipment, in‑transit, and receipt statuses to ensure supply chain visibility
Aggregate supplier quotations and costing sheets for operational review and invoice validation
Prepare and review customs documentation, including U.S. Customs 7501 forms, for shipment accuracy
Review shipping documents for correct quantities, values, and import compliance
Maintain organized documentation to support traceability and future duty drawback claims
Manage raw material and branding collateral inventory visibility aligned with production schedules
Coordinate with collateral suppliers and factories to ensure material availability
Perform inventory reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support corrective actions
Monitor supplier performance against timing, cost, quantity, and delivery commitments
Support development of supplier performance scorecards and improvement initiatives
Support ESG reporting, compliance efforts, and continuous improvement projects
Maintain data integrity across ERP and operational systems
Partner cross‑functionally with Logistics, Production, Product Development, Finance, and external providers
Support a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and operational discipline
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5–7 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management, production coordination, or cost‑related roles within consumer goods environments
Hands‑on experience working in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
Strong experience managing master data, including style setup, costing, and BOM accuracy
Demonstrated ability to interpret supplier documentation, shipping paperwork, and operational cost data
Experience supporting production orders, inbound logistics, and inventory workflows
Exposure to customs documentation, imports, freight coordination, or duty drawback processes, considered an advantage
Experience performing inventory reconciliations and discrepancy root‑cause analysis
Exposure to BOM structures, production costing inputs, and standard cost models
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools
High attention to detail and data accuracy discipline
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external partners
