Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Sales / Outbound Prospecting)

What is your mission?
We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline growth by engaging B2B decision-makers and converting prospects into qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role focuses on building a strong CRM pipeline, executing consultative discovery conversations, and consistently delivering sales-ready leads to support revenue growth.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Own end-to-end outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and account research
Identify and engage senior decision-makers such as executives, founders, and operations leaders
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to communicate value and qualify prospects
Convert leads into qualified meetings, discovery calls, and sales opportunities
Build and manage an accurate CRM pipeline, ensuring data hygiene, tracking, and follow-ups
Perform market research, account mapping, and industry analysis to drive consistent pipeline growth
Maintain high-volume outreach activity levels across multiple channels
Represent the organization with professionalism and credibility in all client interactions
Support B2B sales cycles, contributing to lead qualification and opportunity development
Who are we looking for?
Background in business, sales, or related fields is preferred; no strict educational requirement
Proven experience of at least 2–5 years in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development roles (SDR/BDR)
Strong experience in cold calling, high-volume outbound outreach, and prospecting execution
Experience engaging senior decision-makers and converting leads into opportunities
Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, preferably in services, staffing, or workforce solutions
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
Familiarity with dialer systems such as ViciDial, Nuacom, or similar
Ability to manage a structured, data-driven pipeline with strong tracking and reporting discipline
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for executive-level conversations
Confident, consultative communicator with a value-driven approach
Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through
Self-driven with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and prioritize tasks
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Maintains a professional presence in all client-facing interactions
