What is your mission?

We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline growth by engaging B2B decision-makers and converting prospects into qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role focuses on building a strong CRM pipeline, executing consultative discovery conversations, and consistently delivering sales-ready leads to support revenue growth.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Own end-to-end outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and account research

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers such as executives, founders, and operations leaders

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to communicate value and qualify prospects

  • Convert leads into qualified meetings, discovery calls, and sales opportunities

  • Build and manage an accurate CRM pipeline, ensuring data hygiene, tracking, and follow-ups

  • Perform market research, account mapping, and industry analysis to drive consistent pipeline growth

  • Maintain high-volume outreach activity levels across multiple channels

  • Represent the organization with professionalism and credibility in all client interactions

  • Support B2B sales cycles, contributing to lead qualification and opportunity development

Who are we looking for?

  • Background in business, sales, or related fields is preferred; no strict educational requirement

  • Proven experience of at least 2–5 years in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development roles (SDR/BDR)

  • Strong experience in cold calling, high-volume outbound outreach, and prospecting execution

  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers and converting leads into opportunities

  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, preferably in services, staffing, or workforce solutions

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools

  • Familiarity with dialer systems such as ViciDial, Nuacom, or similar

  • Ability to manage a structured, data-driven pipeline with strong tracking and reporting discipline

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for executive-level conversations

  • Confident, consultative communicator with a value-driven approach

  • Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and prioritize tasks

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Maintains a professional presence in all client-facing interactions
