About the role
We are seeking a talented legal professional to join our team as a Legal Operations specialist based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support and services to our growing business. As part of our dynamic and collaborative Legal team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the company and make a meaningful impact.
What you'll be doing
Provide legal support and services to stakeholders, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
End-to-end contract lifecycle management: Contract drafting, redlining, Negotiation via playbooks, Key contract data abstraction, etc.
Assist with legal research, analysis, and the development of legal strategy and solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies, processes, and best practices
Stay up to date with changes in the legal landscape and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Must be a law graduate (Juris doctor)
At least of 3 years of experience in a legal operations or similar role, preferably within a large or complex organization
Strong commercial acumen and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with legal technology and tools, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and workflows
Hands-on experience with a APTTUS or other allied tools would be an advantage
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Must be open to work in BGC, Taguig
Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift and 100% onsite set-up.
