RETURN ASSEMBLER

This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Return Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by processing returned items, inspecting their condition, and preparing them for restocking or disposal. This position is essential to maintaining our inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient reverse logistics management.

Key responsibilities

1. Receive and log returned items into the warehouse management system with accurate documentation

2. Inspect returned products to assess their condition, functionality, and quality

3. Sort returned items according to established categories for restocking, refurbishment, or disposal

4. Disassemble and reassemble products as required during the return process

5. Perform quality control checks to ensure items meet company standards before returning to inventory

6. Prepare returned items for shipment to appropriate departments or third-party vendors

7. Maintain accurate records of all returned items and their disposition

8. Organize and maintain cleanliness of the returns processing area

9. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize return processes

10. Report any damaged or defective items that may indicate systemic issues

11. Clean, replace parts, repack, tag, and label the items or products correctly
