What you'll be doing
Collects and validates shipment and performance data
Analyzes trends and tracks KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, compliance)
Prepares reports and dashboards using Excel/Power BI
Creates presentations highlighting key insights and performance
Conducts performance reviews with business units
Coordinates with logistics, finance, and procurement teams
Manages relationships with stakeholders and service providers
Monitors performance and identifies risks or issues
Provides data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2–3 years in shipping or logistics operations
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and vendor coordination
Proficient in Excel/Power BI
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Office-based with occasional travel
Work location: Ugong, Pasig City
