About the role
We are seeking a talented Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) to join our dynamic team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work on diverse mechanical engineering projects [Elevator Industry] from conception through to completion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality engineering solutions, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet technical specifications and client expectations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects whilst developing your expertise within a supportive engineering environment.
Location: BNK Building Unit H 21F Lot 9, Block 1-Fil am Friendship Highway Brgy. Anunas Angeles City.
What you'll be doing
Design, develop, and optimise mechanical systems and components using industry-standard tools and methodologies
Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and performance calculations to support project planning and decision-making
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum
Perform quality assurance checks and validate designs to ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety standards
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to refine project strategies and optimise operational efficiency
Support the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and project presentations for clients and stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all technical records are properly filed and accessible
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) and technical design tools
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and structural analysis
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Familiarity with project management principles and processes
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent certification is advantageous
Prior experience on mechanical engineering projects in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations (ISO, ASME, etc.) is beneficial
