Quantity Surveyor/Cost Controller-Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Develop accurate cost estimates based on materials, labor, and scope

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for bidding and budgeting

• Assist in procurement and evaluate subcontractor quotations

• Monitor project costs and compare against budget

• Conduct variation analysis for change orders and design revisions

• Support billing and cost documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• PRC License is an advantage but not required

• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools
