Civil Engineer - Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering, construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from planning through completion.

• Review engineering designs, plans, specifications, and project requirements to ensure quality and feasibility.

• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.

• Secure and coordinate permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for projects and building operations.

• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure the proper upkeep of company buildings, facilities, and equipment.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and internal departments regarding project and facility-related concerns.

• Prepare and process engineering-related documentation, including purchase requisitions, payment requests, work permits, and gate passes.

• Provide technical guidance and support in resolving building, maintenance, and operational issues across company properties.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, project management, property management, or related fields.

• Fresh board passers with strong academic and internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Work Setup
