Role: eCommerce Specialist (Customer Service Representative)
Starting Salary: ₱35,000 (during probation, opportunity for increase)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10PM–7AM (PH Time) | FULLY ONSITE

Job Overview:
We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist who will support sales market operations, manage online marketplace activities, and help optimize eCommerce performance. The ideal candidate has experience handling online selling platforms and understands marketplace operations, product management, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor eCommerce marketplace operations
Support sales activities across online channels
Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotions
Analyze sales performance and marketplace data
Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience and sales growth
Assist with marketplace campaigns and operational tasks
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily eCommerce processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or online sales support
Background in platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, or similar marketplaces
Familiarity with product uploading, inventory management, promotions, and order processing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
Experience supporting US-based eCommerce operations is a plus
Other Details:
Successful candidates will undergo a three-week training program before probationary employment.
Training Allowance: ₱1,000/day (net), paid weekly
Graduation Bonus: ₱9,138, payable upon successful completion of training
