HR Assistant (Entry Level)
Location: Ortigas City
Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day work-from-home)

Position Overview
The HR Assistant will support the Recruitment Team in end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, onboarding coordination, and HR database management. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a strong interest in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Create and publish job postings across platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and the company website
Monitor and manage job postings to ensure optimal visibility and timely updates
Assist in sourcing and initial screening of candidates based on role requirements
Support recruitment activities during peak hiring periods under supervision
Help generate candidate pipelines for business development and project-based requirements
Assist in internal job promotions and employee referral initiatives
2. Onboarding & Post-Onboarding Support
Coordinate onboarding schedules and logistics for new hires
Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials (e.g., handbook, templates, employee folders)
Maintain and update onboarding presentations
Encode and maintain accurate records of new hires
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding-related activities (e.g., system access)
3. Employee Monitoring & Engagement
Assist in scheduling and tracking employee check-ins (e.g., 3rd and 5th month reviews)
Monitor progress updates and maintain proper documentation
4. HR Systems & Database Management
Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain and organize candidate and employee databases
Ensure all job descriptions, referral trackers, and CV repositories are up to date
Monitor completion and updates of employee profiles and records
5. HR Documentation & Reporting
Assist in updating the organizational chart as needed
Ensure proper filing and documentation of recruitment and onboarding records
Support basic HR reporting and data tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field
Open to fresh graduates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Ortigas
