We’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify new construction projects and potential clients through fieldwork, lead generation, and industry networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project decision-makers

• Promote company products, gather project leads, and close sales opportunities

• Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating order details with internal teams

• Monitor project progress and relay timely updates and client feedback

• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction-related course

• With or without experience in sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Resilient, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about sales

• Proactive, persistent, and confident in pursuing leads and closing deals

• Willing to do fieldwork in Tarlac and Nueva Ecija;

• Can start ASAP
