Company Nurse/Admin (Pampanga)

Job Summary:

Be part of our team and help promote a healthy, safe, and well-organized workplace! This role provides basic medical care to employees while primarily supporting HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees

• Monitor employee health conditions and maintain accurate medical records

• Prepare OSH-related reports (e.g., illness/injury reports, DOLE compliance, health and safety documentation)

• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs

• Support overall office and administrative operations

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license

• With BOSH Training

• Preferably with experience in construction or industrial setting

• With background or exposure in administrative and HR functions is an advantage
