We’re looking for someone creative, modern, and highly proactive to help reinvent and grow a client’s personal brand across digital platforms.
This role is not just about marketing, it’s about helping shape how the client is seen online, building a stronger identity, creating meaningful content, and turning their experience, personality, and expertise into a recognizable and trusted brand.
The ideal person understands branding, social media culture, storytelling, audience engagement, and how to make someone stand out authentically online
Job Responsibilities
Personal Brand Development
· Help redefine and strengthen the client’s personal image and online presence
· Create a clearer and more polished identity across all platforms
· Make sure the client’s messaging, visuals, and tone feel consistent and authentic
· Help position the client as a trusted voice within their industry
Content Online Presence
· Plan and organize content ideas based on the client’s knowledge, experiences, opinions, and personality
· Help create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, podcasts, interviews, articles, videos, and other platforms
· Identify trends, topics, and conversations relevant to the client’s audience
· Work closely with the client to bring out their story naturally, not in a “corporate” way
Growth Visibility
· Help grow visibility and engagement organically over time
· Look for opportunities for collaborations, guest appearances, podcasts, interviews, and partnerships
· Improve overall online professionalism while keeping the client relatable and genuine
· Help increase credibility, authority, and audience trust.
Requirements
· Strong understanding of personal branding and digital culture
· Experience with social media strategy, content planning, or brand development
· Creative thinker with good taste and attention to detail
· Strong communication and storytelling skills
· Someone who understands how people build influence and credibility online today
· Comfortable working closely with personalities, founders, executives, or publicfacing individuals
