About the role

Flag City Properties Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our residential sales team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and successfully closing residential property transactions that contribute to the company's revenue targets and market reputation.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of residential properties

2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, online inquiries, and networking events

3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions

4. Prepare and present property proposals, quotations, and sales contracts to potential buyers

5. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close sales

6. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property showings, and transactions using the company's CRM system

7. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and administration to ensure smooth transaction processing

8. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and property inventory to provide knowledgeable advice to clients

9. Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

10. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals

What we're looking for

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

2. Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales or similar customer-facing sales environment

3. Strong understanding of the residential property market in Metro Manila and familiarity with the Bonifacio Global City area

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele

5. Proficiency in English and Filipino; additional languages are advantageous

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-motivation and resilience

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn property management software and CRM systems

8. Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation for property viewings and client meetings

9. Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the business

10. Knowledge of real estate transactions, financing options, and legal requirements in the Philippines is preferred

11. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
