About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Healthcare Account to join our growing team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 24,000 with 30,000 SOB. In this role, you will be the vital link between our healthcare clients and their patients, providing professional, compassionate, and efficient customer support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer enquiries, and resolve issues whilst maintaining the highest standards of healthcare customer service. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering outstanding support within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from healthcare clients and patients with professionalism and empathy

  2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries regarding healthcare services, appointments, billing, and account information

  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and patient-centred approach

  4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system and maintain detailed records of calls and communications

  5. Provide information about healthcare services, policies, and procedures in a clear and accessible manner

  6. Follow established protocols and compliance requirements specific to the healthcare industry

  7. Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics

  8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery

  9. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary

  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures


Qualifications:

  1. SHS Graduate or college undergraduate

  2. At least 1 year call center experience in healthcare account (International voice account)

  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
