Qualifications:
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6–12 months of call center experience; or
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a non-BPO setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
