Deliver outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues
Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience required
Adhere to company standards for customer service
Drive sales and meet store targets through upselling and suggestive selling
Help in inventory management
Monitor stock levels
Prepares hot and cold drinks
Willing to be assigned in Greenhills Mall
