Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor live events, broadcasts, or streaming sessions
Set up and test equipment (audio, video, lighting, or streaming tools) before going live
Provide real-time technical support and quickly resolve issues during events
Communicate with hosts, performers, vendors, and technical teams
Monitor audience engagement, comments, and live interactions (for digital events)
Ensure event schedules and run-of-show timelines are followed
Maintain safety standards and crowd control when required
Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment or live streaming platforms
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
Flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
