This position is responsible for handling the overall image, branding, and marketing content of BRL Travel and Tours. The selected candidate will play a key role in how the company is presented to the public across all platforms.

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Lead generation campaigns

  • Retargeting campaigns

  • Budget management

  • A/B testing

3. Graphic Design

  • Canva (required)

  • Basic Adobe Photoshop o Illustrator (plus factor)

  • Flyer, poster, carousel posts, reels covers

4. Video Editing

  • CapCut

  • Canva Video

  • Short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Facebook

  • Basic motion graphics

5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Basic keyword research

  • On-page SEO

  • Google ranking basics

  • SEO-friendly content writing

  • Google Business Profile optimization

6. Google Marketing

  • Google Ads

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Search Console

  • Google Business Profile management

7. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Writing sales captions

  • Travel package promotions

  • Call-to-action writing

  • Email marketing

8. Website Management

  • Basic WordPress knowledge

  • Landing page editing

  • Basic understanding of domains and hosting

9. Data Analysis

  • Read Facebook Ads reports

  • Cost per lead analysis

  • ROI analysis

10. AI Tools (Very Important in 2026)

  • ChatGPT

  • Canva AI

  • AI image generation

  • AI video tools

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes but is not limited to:

✔️ Video shooting (office, clients, promotions, events)

✔️ Video editing for social media (Reels, TikTok, Facebook)

✔️ Graphic design (posters, flyers, promotional materials)

✔️ Content creation (photo, video, and visual materials)

✔️ Development of marketing ideas and creative campaigns

✔️ Social media strategy and content planning

✔️ Maintaining and improving the brand image of BRL

Note: This role may expand to include digital advertising (Facebook Ads, etc.) as the company grows.


ROLE EXPECTATION

  • The employee will be responsible for the overall visual and marketing direction of BRL

  • This is a professional and high-responsibility role, not just basic editing or posting

  • The position requires creativity, initiative, and consistency in content output


EXCLUSIVITY & COMPANY POLICY

  • This is a full-time and exclusive position for BRL Travel and Tours only

  • The employee is strictly not allowed to create content for competitors or other businesses

  • All content created (videos, designs, marketing materials) are sole property of BRL Travel and Tours

  • Content must not be used, posted, or shared on personal accounts without prior approval


GROWTH & FLEXIBILITY

  • The role may expand to include branding, ads, and advanced marketing strategies
