Junior Legal Associate
Draft pleadings, letters, and opinions, including interviewing witnesses
Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations with probable case outcomes for individuals and businesses
Evaluate information and develop legal strategies
Handling and/coordinating with other employees to achieve the Firm’s goals
Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others, and argue on behalf of their clients
Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds
Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management and partners.
