We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and messaging channels to introduce our client’s insurance platform and schedule product demonstrations or meetings. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and has prior experience in outbound sales or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in the insurance platform

  • Send follow-up emails and messages (SMS, LinkedIn, or other channels) to nurture leads

  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and identify decision-makers

  • Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and appointment targets

  • Handle objections professionally and effectively

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the insurance, SaaS, or financial services industry

  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social selling)

  • Strong objection-handling skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Number of outbound calls, emails, and messages per day

  • Appointment set rate

  • Conversion rate from lead to qualified appointment

  • Show rate for scheduled appointments
