Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage Area Sales Managers across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile phone, telecom, or retail sales and a proven ability to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field

• 5–8 years of experience in telco, mobile phone, or retail sales

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a regional or multi-area management role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Knowledgeable in mobile phone products, distribution channels, and retail operations

• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork within assigned regions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies

• Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and field teams

• Willing to handle the Caloocan, Las Pinas, Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela areas.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs

• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and key partners

• Identify market opportunities and drive business growth

• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and brand visibility

• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations

• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
