Logistic Supervisor
Job Summary
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery, proper inventory handling, and efficient coordination of stocks and transportation. The role also ensures compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise daily logistics, dispatching, and warehouse operations
Monitor inventory movement, receiving, and delivery schedules
Ensure accurate documentation and proper stock handling
Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and transport providers regarding deliveries and concerns.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved
Implement company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Prepare logistics and inventory reports as needed
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related course
With experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Knowledgeable in inventory management and dispatching processes.
