Overview

The Company Messenger is responsible for providing reliable messenger, liaison, and office support services for the organization. This role involves handling company transactions with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely processing of documents and compliance requirements. The position also supports the maintenance and cleanliness of company facilities and assists with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process company transactions with government agencies, banks, and other external partners.

• Deliver, collect, and distribute company documents, permits, and other materials.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding document and transaction requirements.

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office premises and common areas.

• Assist with office errands, administrative tasks, and operational support activities.

• Safeguard confidential documents and information.

• Travel between the Quezon City and Bulacan office.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a motorcycle.

• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel frequently.

• Familiarity with government agencies, banks, and business establishments is an advantage.

• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.

• Physically fit and capable of performing messenger and housekeeping duties.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
