Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or any related field.
· At least one (1) year of experience in a Front Desk or similar customer service role is an advantage.

Job Description
Facilitate guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Verify reservation details and assist guests with registration.
Issue and control room keys, ensuring their security at all times.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, messages, and information services.
Assign and block rooms as needed.
Maintain accurate guest records and update guest profiles in the system.
Process reservation cancellations and modifications.
Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
Review and update the communication logbook during every shift.
Ensure guests provide payment arrangements upon check-in and settle all accounts before check-out.
Follow hotel cashiering, credit, and inventory control procedures.
Verify guest information and billing instructions and coordinate with Finance when necessary.
Promote room upgrades, hotel facilities, and food and beverage outlets to maximize revenue.
Follow hotel reservation and yield management procedures.
