On-the-road position for a team or couple - Mobile retail clothing store

We are expanding our team position open and available.
We are seeking a motivated team or couple to take one of our mobile clothing stores on the road. This is a full-time travelling role suited to people who enjoy event-based work, life on the road, and representing a strong retail brand.
The role involves travelling to rodeos, agricultural shows, music festivals, and field days, with roadside trading town stops between events.
The truck operates throughout Australia, with interstate travel as required.
This is not predominantly a truck driving role as we try to keep travel times to a minimum.

- Commission-based remuneration plus retainer, aligned with experience and performance

## Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a mobile retail and warehouse-style environment
- Deliver friendly, engaging customer service at events
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle and retail store cleanliness
- Uphold the presentation and reputation of the brand
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy event periods
# Essential Requirements
- HC licence with proven experience
- Confident operation of an 18-speed Roadranger gearbox
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-groomed and professional presentation
- Trustworthy, organised, and reliable
- Positive attitude with an outgoing personality
- Willingness to travel full-time
