Job Summary:

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall bar operations, developing and curating the beverage program, and ensuring exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in the pre-opening phase, including menu creation, bar setup, and team training, while maintaining high standards in service, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Results Area):

  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service at all times

  • Develop and create signature cocktail menus aligned with the restaurant concept

  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages

  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and establish effective ordering procedure

  • Reduce product loss and minimize wastage across all bar operations

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff

  • Lead pre-opening bar setup including equipment planning and workflow design

  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with effective solutions approved by management

  • Provide recommendations and enhance guest experience through beverage knowledge

  • Promote signature cocktails, premium spirits, and bar specials

  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol with full adherence to company policies

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional bar area at all times, with 100% adherence to the company policy on intoxication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field (preferred)

  • Professional training or certification in Bartending/Mixology

  • At least 3–5 years experience in bar operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

This position is part of our team for a new restaurant opening in September 2026. Selected candidates will be hired in advance to undergo training and preparation prior to the official launch.
