About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Operations Manager to lead receivables management, customer account monitoring, and recovery operations for a well-established packaging solutions company. This position plays a key role in protecting company cash flow, reducing payment delays, and improving overall receivables performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receivables and account recovery operations across customer accounts

• Review customer credit standing and recommend appropriate account actions

• Monitor aging reports and address overdue balances before escalation

• Handle payment discussions, settlement arrangements, and customer concerns professionally

• Generate collection performance reports, AR metrics, and management updates

• Lead and develop the receivables team by setting targets and driving accountability

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations for accurate account management

• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and collection procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course

• At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in receivables, billing, account recovery, or finance operations

• Proven leadership experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to manufacturing, retail, trading, or distribution industries is an advantage

• Strong background in handling high-volume customer portfolios and dispute resolution

• Track record in improving collection efficiency and receivables turnover
