What You'll Be Doing
Managing customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media
Assisting customers with orders, product concerns, returns, and refunds
Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Working closely with different departments to resolve issues efficiently
Keeping customer records and support cases organized
What We're Looking For
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools
Experience in customer support, online selling, or e-commerce is a plus
Knowledge of gaming products, PC hardware, or basic troubleshooting is an advantage
