HR & Recruitment Manager
As a HR & Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting key HR functions across our APAC operations. Working closely and reporting directly to the HR Director based in Cyprus, you will help attract, develop, and retain talent while supporting the company's people strategy and business objectives.
In addition to recruitment, you will support employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, performance management, employee records, attendance and leave management, HR policy implementation, and employee relations. You will also contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong recruitment, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will thrive in a dynamic international environment and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
· Partner with managers to define role requirements and workforce planning priorities.
· Build talent pipelines across APAC (Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, China).
· Recommend and implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System), job-boards or recruitment tools to streamline processes.
· Employer Branding: Manage company presence on LinkedIn, job boards, and other social platforms to attract talent.
2. HR Administration & Operation
· Draft and manage employment contracts and freelance / subcontractors service agreements, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
· Administer employee benefits, monitor employee’s attendance, leave management, and HR-related employee services
· Support HR policy implementation and compliance with Thai labor law and APAC regulations.
· Organize team building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
3. HRBP (mid-term evolution if confirmed profile or immediate required scope for senior profile) – People Development & Performance
· Support performance management, employee evaluation, KPI definition and feedback given
· Learning and development: support training plan definition and set up and development initiatives.
· Partner with managers to identify training needs and career development opportunities.
· Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
· Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and organizational development.
· Gradually expand scope into strategic HRBP responsibilities as the company grows.
· Collaborate with the HR Director and regional stakeholders to implement HR projects, process improvements, and strategic people initiatives.
· Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
4. HR Digitalization
· Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR processes, tools,

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
· Minimum 7years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a generalist HR role.
· Industry experience in merchandising, freight, shipment, or FMCG is an advantage.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), attendance management, and HR reporting tools.
· Good understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance requirements in Thailand; exposure to HR practices across APAC countries is an advantage.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
· Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Experience supporting regional or multinational teams is preferred.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different cultures and time zones.
