SUPPORT STAFF - ACCOUNTING

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Support Staff – Accounting to assist in daily accounting and administrative functions. This role is to develop the skills in a professional work environment and contribute to the efficiency of the accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and documents.

• Organize, file, and maintain accounting and administrative records.

• Support the accounting team with daily operational tasks.

• Assist in preparing reports and other documentation as required.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting-related concerns.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four (4)-year business-related course.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
