Job Details:

As a Security Monitoring Officer you’ll be responsible for monitoring multiple sites overnight to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, customer property as well as fielding. After hour calls. You will play a key role in identifying risks, responding to incidents, and keeping detailed records to support the day team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live security camera feeds across various sites, watching for suspicious or unusual activity.

• Respond promptly to triggered alarms and investigate any potential security threats.

• Conduct scheduled virtual walkthroughs to assess site security and cleanliness.

• Log all incidents thoroughly and create detailed reports for the day team.

• Escalate serious breaches or safety issues to designated contacts.

• Review past security logs and follow up on unresolved matters.

• Notify the Operations Team of any overnight maintenance or operational concerns.

Work Location / Working shifts:

• Shift Schedule: 5 days a week (rotating/shifting roster)

• Work Set up:  In Office - Ortigas

• Work Location:  Ortigas, Manila

• Holiday Observance: Queensland, Australia
